Q) Where do the packages ship from?

We are based in Taiwan, 99.9% of our products will be shipped from Taiwan.
Q) How long does it take to ship from Taiwan?

FEDEX:5-7 Business Days
Taiwan Post office Expedited Shipping :5-10 Business days
Taiwan Post office Standard Shipping :10-20 Business days
***Please note that shipping time does not include handling and the Customs examination time.
Q) How does shipping fee calculated?
A)
International Shipping fee is calculated by either the size or weight, whichever cost is the greatest. There's no fixed price. We do not charged the shipping fee, shipping company does.
Q) How does shipping works?
A)
We use Taiwan Post office to ship the packages to your location worldwide. We use Chunghwa Post, because they are the cheapest compare to DHL and FedEX and any other shipping companies. Once it's accepted by Chunghwa Post, your package will be delivered by your local post office.
After you receive a tracking number from us. You can use your local post office system to track the package. Please note that it might take 12 hours to be shown on the system.
Q) How long is the handling time for each order?

It depends on your order. Because we sell our products in different platforms, we can't update the stock immediately. To make sure your orders are all in stock, you're more than welcome to contact us to confirm.
